ckeditor  에서 자동맞춤법(SpellChecker) 사용안하기

Spellchecker 는 기본값이 true 이다.
에디터창에 입력된 텍스트가 많으면 맞춤법 확인하느라 로딩이 상당하다.
그래서, 작동안시키기로 결심.

/ckeditor/_source/plugins/wysiwygarea/plugin.js 에서
  CKEDITOR.config.disableNativeSpellChecker = false; 로 변경하면 된다.
