비전, 인간존중과 배려, 솔선수범, 감성, 동기부여,
정직, 성실. 경청과 칭찬, 섬김과 봉사...
이런 것들이야말로 바람직한 영향력의 원천입니다.
바람직한 영향력은 지위와 전혀 관계가 없습니다.
따라서 누구나 리더십을 발휘할 수 있고,
리더십을 발휘하는 사람은 누구나 리더입니다.
Results are made through the valuable influence leadership brings.
Vision, dignity, respect, initiative, emotion, motivation, integrity,
sincerity, understanding, praise, devotion and sacrifice - these are
what make up valuable leadership qualities.
Valuable leadership has nothing to do with status,
and thus anyone who displays these qualities can be called a true leader.
