신뢰할 수 있는 존재가 바로 리더입니다.
그런 점에서 리더에게 있어 위기는 회피의 대상이 아니라,
자신의 존재를 드러낼 절체절명의 기회로 즐길 수 있어야 합니다.
Expectations of a leader during times of crisis are greatly amplified.
When a group faces a crisis,
they need to be able to turn to their leader to guide them through the storm.
Furthermore, the leader should not try to avoid problems,
but use them as opportunities to rise to the occasion and show his true value.
